He has graduated with honors from New York University with a BA in Film and TV and for his short films he has won the Warner Brothers Award and the Martin Scorsese Post-Production Award. He has studied fine arts at the Byam Shaw School of Art in London and the Art Students League in New York. His works have been exhibited in galleries and museums throughout the world. In 2012 he has published the novel Goditi il problema and in 2015 the essay Il giorno più felice della mia vita, both with Rizzoli.
