Every individual's
identity is formed by a number of disparate and even conflicting identities. The priority we give to just one of those identities over the others depends on the value system we adopt.
In the Labels Series, placing the subject side by side with different and strikingly contrasting labels, I intend to show how powerful the influence of the label is over our reading of the subject, and at the same time how arbitrary this process can be.
